Photo: Kraig Robson with his son, ElliotKraig Robson — President. In his 10th year of developing e-learning and interactive media, Kraig brings an unusual blend of skills to IsoDynamic. Prior to founding the company, Kraig spent eight years in consumer products marketing and general management with the Quaker Oats Company. Positions included Business Director of a $125 million pet food portfolio (Gravy Train et al), Eastern Region Trade Marketing Manager, Brand Manager of Celeste Pizza, and Assistant Brand Manager of Life Cereal. Kraig holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with a specialization in marketing, and a B.S. from Stanford University in Mathematical and Computational Sciences, with a concentration in computer science. An avid pianist, Kraig plays professionally in the Washington, D.C. area, and studies with Concorde Jazz recording artist Stefan Scaggiari.

Dave has designed hundreds of student-hours of e-learning courseware for clients such as New York Institute of Finance, ESI International, Xerox, FDIC, and the US General Accounting Office. He specializes in the creative use of technology to enhance the learning experience. Previously he worked for Thomson Learning as a manager of electronic product development for college and professional markets. Dave holds a Master's in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and a Bachelor's from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Dave, his wife Susan, and daughters Erika and Julia, live in Gaithersburg MD.

Photo: Nancy ChengNancy Cheng - Director, Software and Programming. Nancy has been designing, programming, testing and debugging dynamic, interactive multimedia and training applications since 1996. An expert in Lingo (Macromedia Director), Action Script (Macromedia Flash), VBScript (Active Server Pages), JavaScript, and HTML, Nancy has created applications for Smithsonian Folkways, Sprint, Glaxo Wellcome, The National Library of Medicine, and the USDA. Formerly a programmer with IXL (Washington DC), Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Nancy is an avid fisherman, so don't make the mistake of letting her back you into a corner so she can tell you about the "One that Got Away".
