We know that Better Content for your e-learning
course does not happen by accident. That's why we've developed the
ALPS (Advanced Learning
Process and Support)
system for creating learning objects that help your people attain
peak performance. ALPS is a flexible yet disciplined process consisting
of the following steps:
- Needs
Assessment
The purpose of the Needs Assessment phase is to gain a thorough
understanding of your objectives, define the project scope, and
agree on the criteria for success. The most important skills we
bring to this phase are the ability to ask the right questions
and listen, so we fully understand your needs. Deliverable for
this phase is a detailed proposal for your custom project that
includes pricing, timing, deliverables, and terms.

- Curriculum
The curriculum phase is concerned with identifying the desired
learning outcomes for your e-learning course, developing a structure
for the course or learning object, selecting the right content,
and identifying the proper curriculum development team. Our team
may include project managers, graphic designers, programmers,
editors, and instructional designers, and will collaborate closely
with your SME (subject matter expert) to familiarize ourselves
with your content and develop a strategy for creating a dynamic
e-learning experience.

- Design
The purpose of the Design phase is to develop a detailed roadmap
for your e-learning course and to establish the primary visual
interface elements for navigation and communication of the course
material. During this phase, we'll identify the detailed flow
and placement of all course elements and technologies, including
simulations, games, animations, audio, digital video, and assessment.
And we'll develop several iterations of the interface, so you
can react and give feedback to concrete examples of the look and
feel of your course.

- Development
The Development phase is where we turn the approved project plan
from the design phase into a working product. This can be a very
complex process, as we integrate numerous interdependent creative
and technical elements into your learning management system, intranet,
or extranet. Aspects of e-learning development include software
programming, writing and editing, graphic design, videoography,
audio processing, composing, and HTML programming.
You will receive an overview of the development
process, weekly progress summaries, and Alpha, Beta, and Final
project prototype reviews where you can give feedback. QA testing
is incorporated into every stage of development.

- Delivery
For the Delivery phase, we will provide you a final review of
your e-learning course or learning object in a "live"
environment. We strive to ensure your total satisfaction, so we'll
continue to provide support until you agree that the course meets
the objectives established in the needs assessment phase. After
your review, a final QA is performed, and the Beta prototype becomes
a live, commercially available product.

- Measurement
A crucial step after your product goes live is to evaluate the
actual results of the course versus the original objectives. Modifications
can be made to the program through early feedback, and results
of these measurements contribute toward the long-term, continuous
improvement of your product.

- Customer
Care
Even after a product has been delivered, IsoDynamic offers ongoing
support as an optional service. We can provide training or support
to your technical or Help Desk personnel who are responsible for
supporting end users. As an additional service, we can enhance
or modify your e-learning product to help you maximize your investment
and help your people learn more.
